Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of purchase, email us at ayushmangal121212@gmail.com and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible.

2. Webinar Registration Fees

Webinar registration fees are non-refundable once the payment is confirmed, as access to the live session is granted immediately upon registration.

If a session is cancelled by Hind AI School, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at ayushmangal121212@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Phone number used during registration
• Razorpay payment ID or transaction receipt
• Reason for refund (optional)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Cancellation by User

Users may cancel their enrollment in a course within the 7-day refund window. After this period, access remains active for the lifetime of the course with no cancellation or partial refund available.
